Swiss cheese insurance

Normally you get what you pay for, not in this case. Every chance to hose you and spring a new cost, or wiggle out of cover is taken. Insurance should provide assurance not incurrence and inconvenience. I have zero trust my certificate is worth the paper it is not even printed on. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Reliable and helpful insurance broker

When my stationary car was hit by a car and written off the company immediately arranged for a courtesy car to be delivered to my house and I didn’t have to wait too long for my write off cheque Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Bad service

When I needed them after an accident, the level of service was appalling. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get connected each time (this was pre-covid) and was continuously told to call back. The repair on my vehicle was delayed by 3 months and the compensation they offered was negligible considering it took so long of my time to sort out Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
