Brilliant company

We wrote off our car we phoned one call they dealt with our claim very very quickly we were overjoyed with the service we got couldn’t wish for better and the staff were so friendly and helpful what more could you ask so we’ll done everyone at one call Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Previous experience with insurance companies suggested my enquiry with One Call could be of a similar nature but very pleased to say the customer service person I dealt with was very proficient, helpful and polite. A great overall service

I had a no-fault accident. I couldn’t fault One Call Insurance. They did everything I needed as well as checking things I wouldn’t have thought of. I felt thoroughly looked after and supported the whole way through the claim. I won’t now use anyone else. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
