Diabolical claims service

Poor service in dealing with my accident claim resulting in me paying privately to a local garage. Every time I rang a different person answered no one seemed to know what they were doing no one rang back with any progress. Disgusting service. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Great customer service!

Whenever Ive phoned them up Ive found each member of staff Ive spoken to really friendly, personable, efficient as well as allaying my fears of not getting them to see my side of things. This was especially relevant after I was hit by someone else and the accident wasn't my fault. They handled the whole thing really well and made me feel really confident of them as a company.
