Absolutely first class

Never any problems

I have an automatic Annual renewal and have had no problems whatsoever. I can’t give a review on the insurance as I’ve not needed that, and I hope I don’t. It’s a company I trust though. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Very Bad customer service

Missed a Direct Debit payment due to being ill with covid19 virus. I realise this is my fault but no correspondence asking circumstances, just a very abrupt threatening letter. I paid balance on account straight away and will not be renewing next year. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
