I've been with One Call Insurance for a number of years now and every time I've had an enquiry (which are far and few) the call operators have treated me with respect and dealt with it a professional manner and with a happy attitude towards me. Best Insurance Ever

My experience right from the beginning has been amazing very friendly staff, very professional & never had any problems. The fact that I don’t have to keep renewing my insurance every year as it rolls over & the price is brilliant & doesn’t rise every year! Is the most important reason why i’ve been with OneCall Insurance for many years. Price fix.. very happy

Quick easy efficient value service

As a busy working person I don’t have time to chase things and mess around with companies. So whilst value is important - the ease of service is perhaps more important for me as I’m time poor. Excellent customer service

After calling to challenge a renewal quote the customer service representative introduced me to the Platinum insurance which I wasn’t aware of, it was a great deal and had everything I was wanting at a great price.
