Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service whether remotely via chat or over telephone. The portal is simple to use, their platinum service is very quick, efficient and easy to make any mid-policy changes, without no stress or costs. Well done One Call. I am in my 2nd year of renewal after a short 2yr break due to business lease. Prior to this I renewed my insurance 5 yrs consecutively purely because of best service, least hassle and competitive pricing. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Amazing service

I have been with Once Call For about 7yrs now. Every time they manager to better my premium, where as it normally increases with most insurers. Customer service is always spot on, and no question is too much trouble. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
