Ripped off with recovery charge when broke down

Charged £3 per mile and the recovery guy says they only charge £1.50 per mile. Cost me £128 Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Loyalty not recognised or rewarded

There are cheaper brokers who offer the exact same service , I don’t feel like you reward your loyal customers you just increase the price of the policy without giving any cheaper options, therefore I will looking elsewhere next year . No rewards for loyal customers Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
