Fantastic service and very professional

Borrowing benefits

I was delighted to discover Partners and the steps they take to help to provide affordable loans. I pay through my salary so don't even think about the repayments. Reliable, accessible, approachable and personable!

Truth be told, I'd be in a dire financial situation if it wasn't for the loan products offered by Partners Credit union. Having two children under 3 and having to pay for childcare fees throughout the last two years along with a house that seems to have no end of plumbing issues, Partners credit union has given me a lifeline in terms of being able to cover these costs, during a time when I've been unable to ask for childcare support from family as a result of the pandemic. As a key worker I've had to keep going regardless and Partners Credit union has helped reduce major financial stress for me. In addition, I have found that their customer relations has been excellent, with staff always responding as best they can and in a friendly, approachable, professional manner. There when you most need them

Partners Credit Union have helped me out on a few occasions, crucially when others couldn't. I earn a good salary in a steady job, but ended up in a situation where I needed help. When other organisations couldn't help, Partners helped and our slowly helping me get back to where I need to be. All the staff I have ever dealt with have been both helpful and efficient. Great help when needed

More than helpful for many yesrs

I have been with partners credit union for many many years. I have been able to enjoy Glastonbury almost every year snd my children have had the best Christmas’ despite me being a single parent. I love Partners credit union, great way to save and borrow money if needed.
