First class service from down to earth staff

Excellent

Partners credit union has helped me to improve my quality of life. I live with multiple sclerosis and needed mobility equipment and adaptions to my home. Partners were there to help me when other lenders wouldn't because of my employment status. They where so helpful and understanding and they also encouraged me to save money so now I have savings too. I can't thank partners enough they really have changed my life by helping me. Their staff are so polite, friendly and helpful I could call them anytime and ask for help and they would bend over backwards for me. Very Personal Touch

I applied for a loan to purchase a car. The service I received from my first email to subsequent correspondence was first class and the staff member was about to go on leave and wanted to ensure that my loan was finalised before she finished. I really appreciated that and not being passed over to another colleague. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Just Excellent

Partners Credit Union provide a fast efficient and human response service. You can get to speak to human beings on the telephone who always give excellent support and know their products well. Continuing to save while paying back a lone is the best thing ever. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
