Really easy to use. Easy to manage payments and check my balances. Paypal keep me well informed of upcoming payments. Its easy to update direct debit dates or amounts and simple to contact customer services if needed. Really easy to navigate. Great app. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

I needed to help my partner buy furniture for her new home and treated myself to a purchase I'd wanted to make for a long time. PayPal credit worked right away and was transparent with the the terms of said credit and provided excellent customer service when I went to them with worried and concerns I had as a first time user.
