Not quite a better banking alternative.. shame

Everything is upfront, however after 8 months of paying on time , missed 1st of the month and was penalised even though I paid immediately when I realised. Shame as I considered PayPal as a better alternative to traditional banking but alas they’re essentially the same. Simple error and you’re hit with an over the top penalty. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

I always had a great experience with customer service. They have a good knowledge, they are always willing to help and polite. I use PayPal for shopping a lot as this is secure way of buying and on some occasions PayPal team helped me recover money. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
