Been with PayPal for many years and have always paid my minimum payment on time every month. I struggled to pay last month’s payment and they didn’t even hesitate to add a £12 charge on to my account and suspended activity on my account without a care to my circumstances. Reviewed on: 11th May 2026

Safety way to shop online

Only way I shop online with ease is if the seller has PayPal so I know my transaction will be done securely and if I have any problems I know that PayPal will help me resolve the situation.
