Takes ages to show payments and makes the payment process very confusing as to wether I have paid the amount due off or not sometimes I’m accidentally making double or even triple payments because it does not show up clearly and other times I schedule to pay that evening and for some reason the payments are not going through which also makes it frustrating. I feel as though the payment method is very poorly designed and needs to be set more in real time! Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
