Bog Standard -

PayPal credit is a big standard “credit card” It’s works how it should , you’re given X credit limit and you can use it: The problem is there is virtually no customer service with this product. Whilst it works like a credit card , the behind the scenes stuff is poor, from not being helpful on charge backs, not being able to request a larger credit limit and almost no information on it. It’s clear to me that PayPal is a payment provider that just so happens to provide credit . It’s supplemental to their main income and they treat it as such. It’s a side project for them. Good, helpful service - Always

PayPal and PayPal credit is easy to use and is increasingly available on most online retailers. If I ever have any issues I can speak to someone pretty much straight away and they always without fail resolve my query, professionally and effectively.
