Simple to use, still work to do on the rewards side

Great customer service, easy transactions. Unfortunately, PayPal isn't accepted in many places still. Also needs a lot better rewards in order to seriously compete major credit card companies (well, there's only one company offering decent rewards in the UK, unlike the US).
