I Know that every purchase I have made using PayPal has been secure and safe. On the occasions I have had problems with purchased items either not being delivered and having to be returned, they have been covered and PayPal have refunded my loses without any hassle. I have used PayPal credit, which works in a similar way to a credit card. One can choose how much to pay each month. There is a minimum monthly payment of course. Always there when you need it.

Always there when you need it. I had an issue with my card, and there were some fraudulent transactions. Paypal stopped them, credited my account promptly, and sent me out a new card in just a matter of days. I felt confident and safe with them. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
