Purchases are easy and quick and provide the coinfidence and security you would expect. The interest free offer periods are also a great incentive to use the service when online shopping. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

Very good but customer service a nightmare.

Very good in terms of payments/.credit and pay later but nightmare if you have to contact them by phone. Massive call centre in zUS very noisy. Practically impossible to hear them and discuss issues, in this case a scam sale. Once communication established they were very helpful. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

Good experience with PayPal Credit

I’ve used PayPal Credit for larger purchases when I wanted more flexibility with payments. The application process was straightforward, and the account was easy to manage through the PayPal app. I like being able to spread the cost of purchases and keep track of payments in one place. Interest rates should always be considered, but as long as you understand the terms and make payments on time, I’ve found it to be a useful option. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
