PayPal review

I only applied for a PayPal credit card as we were going to America. Whilst being there I had problems with using my card. When I spoke to someone one for help. All I was told was that it was blocked and not to use it for 72 hours, when I asked if it would work then her response was " it might work or might not work" which isnt really helpful when its your only source of money in a different country.
