Trusted and safe, those are my non-negotiable criteria. If internet seller doesn't have PayPal option, I'm not buying. I don't need the newest fads and different gateways payment methods, I want one that I can trust no matter what. I have PayPal for over 15years and never had an issue that wasn't resolved. I've used PayPal for more than ten years now and never had a problem at all. It helps things affordable to you, Many of times i have wanted to buy somethin but found the price a little out of my reach, so PayPal pay in three has helped me make that purchase.
