I often run into a bug.

I often run into a bug. When the store I'm purchasing from sends me to PayPal to complete the purchase, I have run into a bug often. After making the payment on PayPal I get the loading circle, it keeps going round and round but nothing loads. I have left it for minutes but it keeps trying to load. When I refresh it says the payment was taken but the order isn't made. The payment charge stays on my banking app as pending before being corrected days after the fact. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Haven’t had a bad experience with Paypal. Always been straight forward and easy to use. Easy service to send and receive money, especially with international friends. Have found the pay later and pay in three very useful. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

'I couldn't feel safer with my money'

I couldn't feel safer, PayPal has been without a doubt the best experience when making purchases online ~ there customer care is outstanding, always going above and beyond with extra incentives and full information to keep you on track. If you slip out of line or get in a muddle they offer advice & support with complete reassurance and peace of mind looking after your financial details every time. PayPal pay in 3 is really easy to use and is great for small to medium purchases that you want to pay for over a short amount of time.
