Safety and security a priority .

Contacting customer service is easy and they go out of their way to help. Site is easy to follow and find what your looking for.I know that using PayPal, my transactions will be safe ans secure. Brilliant service

I’m always happy with the service, except for one occasion. Customer service couldn’t help me when I returned some items that were lost during delivery, and I have not received my refund. Need better buyer protection

I have had services that weren't as expected. In the past resolution was easy, now it seems to favour the seller rather than the buyer, even with evidence. This is not why I took out PayPal. They're supposed to protect Us! Reviewed on: 30th April 2026
