Brilliant service

I’m always happy with the service, except for one occasion. Customer service couldn’t help me when I returned some items that were lost during delivery, and I have not received my refund. However, I have been their customer for more than 5 years, and overall I’m very happy. Reviewed on: 1st May 2026

Need better buyer protection

I have had services that weren't as expected. In the past resolution was easy, now it seems to favour the seller rather than the buyer, even with evidence. This is not why I took out PayPal. They're supposed to protect Us! Reviewed on: 30th April 2026

Multi payment solutions in just one click

Paypal Payments (Years of use)

I’ve now used PayPal for several years, just mainly for online shopping, and occasionally sending money to friends and family. Honestly overall, my experience has been all positive. One of the biggest advantages of PayPal is its convenience. Once your bank account or card is linked, payments can be made quickly without needing to re-enter details every time. PayPal Payments

My experience with PayPal for sending money to friends has been very good overall. It’s quick and convenient, especially when splitting bills or paying someone back. The money usually transfers almost instantly, and it’s easy to use just by entering a phone number or email address. I also like that it feels secure and I can track all my payments in the app, so it’s easy to see what I’ve sent and when. It makes settling up with friends much simpler compared to cash or bank transfers. The main downside is that sometimes fees can apply depending on how the payment is funded or if it’s sent internationally, and once a payment is sent it can’t be reversed, so you have to be careful. Overall, it’s a very convenient and reliable way to send money to friends and pay people back quickly. Reviewed on: 25th April 2026

Excellent means of payment.

Paypal has been very helpful in making payments for goods or services purchased. Their payment process is seemless and easy to follow. I always have confidence anytime I use Paypal because it is easy to get a refund when goods or services bought are not delivered. I cannot think of a better payment choice.
