Excellent protection and great customer services.

Paypal offers security

I feel safest paying for goods or services with Paypal as it’s the most secure method I’ve found. I know the transaction is protected and I can raise a dispute or easily claim my money back if the seller or service provider fails to deliver the product or service. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Easy and safe

PayPal makes life Easier!

PayPal makes life Easier!!! I have been with PayPal from the very beginning. It makes life easier. Receiving and sending payments is simple. Transfers to and from banks are fast and troublefree. Most recently PayPal introduced pay in three, which helps manage financial choices and offers flexibility on what to prioritise. Be it traveling, buying a whole new wardrobe, gym memberships, or bill payments etc. Also, paypal offers great currency exchange rates when sending money abroad compared with many other outlets. Now, Paypal also colaborates with third parties in offering different types of services. Usually I feel I can trust PayPal, because is safe and secure. But when problems arise , PayPal usually resolves issues effectively and finds solutions to problems. Initially, we couldn't contact PayPal customer services directly and that was frustrating. But now that's changed, PayPal as built the bridge between the consumer and customer services and provided a direct line to customer support. It is more reassuring this way. I hope PayPal grows to be more like a mobile digital bank with many more services on offer. For now, keep Growing and innovating PayPal! Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
