Safe and trustworthy

I use paypal for nearly all online transactions. I find it provides a useful go-between between my bank and online payments, giving me an extra level of security. On the rare occasions where there was an issue, Paypal have always been very quick in sorting things out Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

A trust worthy company and value their customers

25 years of excellent service from Paypal

Having used Paypal for 25+ years now, I have nothing but praise for them, their offering(s) and level of outstanding customer support. I always look for Paypal as a payment option for security and have confidence in their ability to solve any possible problems. PayPal is great!

App or Online it's a winner

Easy to use and whether it's online or via the app, the service is reliable, feels secure and provides good steer as to what is happening. The summary page in My Account is clear and allows me to monitor payments and credit easily. I also get prompts when payments are falling due. One final great thing is that it has allowed me to keep using my Amex card on ebay through simple card-linking. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
