I've never had an issue with PayPal whatsoever.

I've never had an issue with PayPal whatsoever. It's easy to navigate, quick to send and receive money and been amazing with refunds! Even with situations where I've been scammed, customer service has been so helpful and all issues have been resolved ASAP. I have been using paypal for a few years now and had no trouble at all with paypal. If I have wanted help, it's been there. I will not use my cards on line unless I can pay through paypal, I know then that it will be safe and any problems paypal are there to help. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

Safe and reliable

I have used PayPal for years and have never had a bad experience. I always feel safe and secure using it and feel relief when I see it as a payment option. I started using PayPal after my parents were scammed and lost a lot of money but had thankfully used PayPal and they were able to get it all back.
