Payplan is amazing , I was In so much debt and so depressed but Payplan were so supportive and said don’t worry we will help you all the way and get the debtors to stop pushing for money you don’t have and come to an arrangement and freeze the interest . We were despatate for help and PayPlan helped us immediately, working with us to sort our finances pay off debts and negotiate difficult conversations with companies we owed money to. It was a stressful time but they were amazing and soothed our anxiety. They website is brilliant to easy to use and helped us communicated with them easierly. Depressed and nervous

Was very depressed at my situation and nervous about needing and asking for help. The Payplan people I spoke to were kin, non judgemental, approachable, understanding and helpful. Put me at ease and gave reassuring and good advice. They were more helpful and sympathetic than I would ever have imagined but mostly they just provided a solution which was exactly what I needed.
