I don’t feel confident when it comes to dealing with financial problems and company’s but payplan honestly made this so easy for me. Not only did they make the initial process extremely easy but whenever I have an issue they make that easy to and always put me at ease! Life savers

From the moment PayPlan started to assist me with sorting out my financial debt, it was a weight lifted off of my shoulders. The service is completely free, which is essential when you’re in a financial mess. I have been with them for many years and never once have I encountered any problems. I’m able to do everything on line, which makes it easy and I can see how my debts are going/decreasing, whenever I need to. I’m now able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Made life easier

I in the past have suffered with Mental Health issues and got myself into a lot of debt ! I contacted PayPlan and discussed all of my debt problems and not only have their staff put me on the right track with an IVA to sort out my debt problems but they have also been very understanding and helpful with my other issues! Since signing up with PayPlan my life has been a whole lot better and a lot less worry ! I will be thankfully debt free by the end of 2023 due to Payplans help ! Originally I had a DMP with StepChange and found that it all had to be on their terms. I changed to PayPlan and first opted for an IVA which was all set up in a week and I was talked through the whole thing so I understood. Due to an unexpected work bonus I ended up choosing a DMP with PayPlan, they were happy to change since my IVA hadn't been finalised at that stage. Really simple and easy to go ahead with, again I was talked through the whole process and they have an App which is updated based on your creditors, the balances etc. Really great support and I am able to make extra payments if I have extra money. I feel more secure and finally free to move forward in life. I can make the payments on my payday which falls on the 25th of each month whereas step change only took payments on the 1st of each month. I find that making payments on my payday getting the money straight out is easier for me, rather than waiting for the payment to be taken and potentially using those funds. First class support from all the team at PayPlanPlus. Without them I don’t know what I would have done. Very helpful in every sense and made me feel so much better knowing they were helping me to get my debts under control. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting debt advice. From day one PayPlan have be kind, patient and have help us out. They took there time to go through everything to make use we got the right help that we needed and have been ever since.
