10 years of fantastic service

I found Payplan after losing my job due to a company becoming insolvent so I had no notice, no redundancy pay and even lost out on wages and holiday pay that I had accrued. I literally had no idea what to do about my creditors, Payplan were so helpful and explained everything clearly & really put my mind at ease. It’s 10 years now since I first called them and they have been wonderful, the staff are always so patient and polite and you really get the feeling that they actually care. I have also recommended them to friends. I’m always surprised that people haven’t heard of them, there seems to be other services that get more publicity and while I know they all do a fantastic job I think Payplan should get more recognition. Brilliant friendly and helpful

I have always been happy with the customer service and the service they offer to. I had to change to payplan after my original one closed down. It was a fantastic choice to go with them and I am so grateful for all the help the have given me and my wife. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Understanding and compassionate

My wife and I bought debts from previous relationships, the team at payplan plus listened, advised and came up with a solution for us to pay off our debts in an affordable timescale. Always prompt to update and contact, to respond to messages and the app is super easy to use to keep track on what’s left to pay etc. we’re only 5 month off being debt free, and hope we never need this kind of help again, but will 100% go back to payplan if needed Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Amazing one in a million

It has been a few years now but I must say that I am very pleased with the service, support, help and advice that I have been given over the years especially from Michelle. Payplan Have Been A Godsend

I was so worried about my financial situation to the point it was making me ill. Payplan went through everything with me in the smallest detail, worked out a payment plan with me and my debtors and we have a review every year. Great ongoing Service. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Easy done

The title says it all. PayPlan make everything easier, they're there, ready and happy to help you. There's no issues, if you have a problem it's dealt with immediately. Would recommend them to anyone that's in debt. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
