Obviously very stressful circumstances I needed help from Payplan, being in serious financial difficulty. They were supportive, by making clear what information I needed to provide and then managing the process, to reach an agreement. Since having the plan in place, they have taken forward any issues with creditors not acting in compliance with the agreement, resolving this and keeping me updated. All communications are polite and supportive with the team acting promptly with any queries or issues I have. Really grateful for this service and assistance, I would be in a complete mess without. Caring, compassionate and reassuring

We found ourselves in dire financial straits after my business failed through changes in the market. Our financial advisor recommended a debt management plan and I contacted PayPlan. Rather than feeling humiliated and intimidated I felt understood, valued and reassured. This was 4 years ago now and throughout this time they have continued to be there for us whenever we needed advice or guidance.
