Peace of mind delivered

Upon being made redundant due to the pandemic, i was forced to contact a debt plan company in order to keep my finances in reasonable order. Payplan has given me reassurance, speedy replies to my questions, peace of mind that I'm keeping things in order and taken away my worries so I can focus on moving forward following losing my job. Friendly company/ not perfect.

Always friendly and polite, the setting up of the IVA process was alot easier than I imagined and the staff explained everything I needed to know. The only down side is the annual reviews which is a real pain sending many documents of proof of earnings and income and expenditure, it's rather frustrating. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Payplan helped me when I thought there was no way out of debt. I have since found out I have ADHD and this was the reason I spent money impulsively (it is a real condition and money management and prioritising is a HUGE part of it) and they have been nothing but kind and understanding towards that either. Truly gave me my sanity back at a period in my life when I thought it meant my life (debt meant) was over and they helped me see the wood from the trees. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
