The first time I was contacted by them they talked to me like ,treated me like my own sisters .I was about to cry.during my struggling for financially ,deppressed,helpless period of my life,as a genuine customer to all my creditors (i rarely /accidentally missed my payments .one or two times)they treated me like they known me for long period of my life and my genuine truthful situation .they understood me!they talked to me kindly .they respected me.they believed me.I owe them. my blessing goes with them whole my life.I must settle my credits .but I was struggling .I went for asking help.no bank tried to see my situation since they know me.they only consider my credit score .I was thinking to ran away from the Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Relieving the mental pressure of debt.

I had to reach out to Pay plan when I was in a desperate situation. Having recently experienced a relationship breakdown off the back of physical and mental health problems. I was afraid of opening letters from the bank, loan and credit card companies that I had easily been able to afford prior to having to give up my job role. Now reliant on benefits and going through the steps to get disability benefits I was stretched the limit with life, let alone with the debts lurking behind every post delivery, email or ring at the doorbell fearing bailiffs. Speaking to Payplan put my mind at ease that these issues could be dealt with. I would have to face up to practical budgets, but there was a way through. Once there was an agreed payment plan in place I just had to make those payments and there was instant relief from the mental pressure that the debts had put on top of me. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

I have always felt the the staff at payplan to be sincere and caring At all times they have been helpful and given me the right advice I suffer from an anxiety condition and they have made sure things were working well for me in again a caring and compassionate way Payplan are in my opinion the most effective company in the UK to help people with debt problems Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Prior to working with Pay Plan I was feeling sad, overwhelmed, stressed and feeling there was no way out of the pit. Pay Plan listened to me whilst I cried and tried to explain my dire situation, they never once judged or told me they could not help and support me. The whole process was calm, quick and very easy to understand. Since having my IVA in place I have found it very easy to contact my adviser, make changes to my plan and submit reviews to my account. Thank goodness for Pay Plan, I'm not sure I would still have a roof over my head if it wasn't for their timely intervention. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

I was in dire straights can wise, with the help of payplan I can meet my monthly costs, it’s not a quick fix and things can get tight but we manage and that the thing, kids re fed and clothed nd t the end of the day that’s what counts, S long as you tell payplan of my change in your circumstances they will do the best they can to help Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
