Payplan is amazing , I was In so much debt and so depressed but Payplan were so supportive and said don’t worry we will help you all the way and get the debtors to stop pushing for money you don’t have and come to an arrangement and freeze the interest . Payplan have been excellent at every step. They are knowledgeable, understanding, pragmatic, responsive, reassuring, and effective. They were clear with our options, describing the pros and cons in detail and supporting us along the way. The Payplan Plus platform is intuitive and extremely helpful and we have had a very smooth experience of setting up and managing our plan. From our first moment of contact the service has been professional, supportive and understanding, and they took away all of the stress and pressure that we were under without making us feel inadequate or shameful in any way.
