How pay plan assisted me after a mental health crisis

As someone who normally works full time as a health carer I unfortunately suffered an emotional breakdown during the middle of last year. It was also during this time my family had to isolate due to covid resulting in a total loss of income. Following this and my ongoing mental health struggle I found the influx of calls and letters involving accumulated debts very hard to manage and extremely overwhelming. This is when after asking for help from my bank I was referred to Payplan. The process was very simple in comparison to dealing with individual agencies and the negotiations were thankfully taken off me allowing me to spend my time recovering. I am and will be eternally grateful to Payplan for their support and helping myself and my young family to be able to feel some freedom. I certainly couldn’t of done this on my own. I had an unexpected prolonged downturn in income and took the wrong way out and heard about payplan from an acquaintance. It was the best call I ever made. Finally I got help and wished I had spoken to them much earlier. Still getting help and support and a friendly ear as my issues didn’t have a quick solution so they are a Company that know they are there for the duration for everybody . No judgment just a great company

Having gone from a relatively successful self employed business to a cash strapped Covid one, PayPlan were the company that I called for help and who pulled me out of my stoic “I’ll manage” (I couldn’t) to helping me realise there was no shame in admitting I was snowballing in debt and needed help. Payplan allowed me to have a full nights sleep with peace of mind and I am now on the right track to getting back to where I was. A fabulous, knowledgeable, professional and kind team. Professional and friendly!

When I was struggling with my debt, I didn’t know what to do or who to turn to. I found PayPlanPlus and gave them a call. They made me feel so at ease, as talking about my debt was embarrassing and I also suffer with anxiety issues. They were professional, friendly and took there time explaining everything in detail.
