Fantastic free resource

I was in a very bad place financially and wasn't able to sleep due to worrying about my debt. I had a long, non-judgemental chat with PayPlan who helped me structure my repayments. The whole process was easy and I am now able to live my life without worrying too much! Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

I would have been lost without them

Post the 2008 financial crash my business hit rocky waters and we faced laying off people and had our own disposable income reduced by around 75%. This left us by 2010 with mounting personal debts and carrying some of the financial burden of the business that, as responsible directors, we bore. PayPlan were there from the very beginning, helping us to restructure our lives, creditors and helping us look forward to the future. I’m still paying some of the creditors 11 years later but in all that time the element of fear, anguish and worry was lifted as we knew PayPlan had our backs. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Easy to contact and understanding

PayPlan are so easy to make contact with, if I have a question or change I can just send an email which is so much better for my anxiety and helps me really think of what I’m saying. They’ve always been understanding and it was easy to get started on the plan. The people I have spoke with on the phone have been kind and funny and so intelligent. Easy, straight forward and simple

After struggling on and off with debt for most of my adult life, I finally thought that enough was enough and that I needed to do something permanent. I’d known other people who had gone through an IVA before and saw that it worked for them but I was more concerned about making sure that my payments were up to date, even though balances weren’t going down and I was one payslip away from everything falling apart. I finally took the plunge and spoke to PayPlan and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The fact that they were open on a bank holiday to talk me through the process was fantastic to start with. My case manager walked me through all the steps and what I needed to do, and eventually I was successfully signed up to my IVA. I know feel a lot more happier with what is happening, and no longer worried about payments etc Very happy with the team, and I’m glad I decided to reach out to PayPlan Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
