I was referred to Payplan by my bank as I was struggling to make repayments. The team are always happy to help, they explained my options clearly and we're really helpful with my choices. Easy and stress free

So simple and so friendly!

I was scared of seeking debt advice, I wanted to hide away and not admit to myself that I have a problem. However I plucked up the courage and spoke to Payplan and it was the BEST decision of my life! The staff are courteous , understanding, speak to you like a human and genuinely offer great advice. Not only is my debt finally being cleared, but it will be gone in under 5 years and I'm saving around £6000 in interest payments! In comparison my bank had offered a solution which would keep my in debt for 11 years. I could not be happier with the team, a true relief off my shoulders! Really helped me find a solution

Having been made redundant during the pandemic I found my previously affordable outgoings mounting up and no longer affordable. My bank recommended payplan, and after an hour or so on the phone they had worked everything out for me. They made it really simple, and I felt like a finally had some breathing space. The people I spoke to were very helpful and matter of fact, and answered all of my questions. They were really understanding of my situation and I couldn't have asked for a better service.
