After having a previous IVA fail with another company due to increase of monthly payment which I could not afford to live off I looked elsewhere and came across PayPlan. I have been with them for just over 2 years now and so far I can't complain. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Amazing company and service.

I have been with Payplan for two to three years. From day one their support has been amazing , the staff are very polite and are open to providing various payment options and explaining in depth what the next steps are. There update system is straight forward and there APP is an amazing way to keep in touch. I love the fact I have my own personal debt advisor as it more person centred. I have enjoyed and I’m happy that Payplan are available to support people like myself. My family members also use PayPan. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

The people at PayPal were fantastic in getting me through the really tough transition from complete financial implosion to being back on an even keel. They explained my options clearly and guided me through the steps I needed to take, what to say when contacting my banks and getting my IVA set up. They were fab when the pandemic hit too, reducing my monthly payments to help me manage. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Outstanding support

From the get go PayPlan made me feel at ease, I was going through a rough patch which ended up hurting me financially. After seeking help through PayPlan they took care of me, offered reassurances and after giving them all of the details they took the burden off of my shoulders. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me. Every person I spoke to was lovely, I never felt judged and thanks to them I'm in a much better place now. I feel like I owe PayPlan so much the least I could do was write a review highlighting how great they are. I advise everyone who is struggling to seek their help, you won't regret it.
