Very helpful and responsive

We've used payplan for about 3 years. To begin with debt management was very scary. Payplan helped make a sensible budget plan and negotiate a sensible payment schedule with creditors. The app makes keeping an eye on balances easy. As circumstances have changed, for good or for bad, payplan have always been available, on email, on their app, or by phone. They have also helped more recently in negotiating some settlements too. All this and completely free to me. Couldn't be happier and look forward to being debt free. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Gave us our life back

Being a family of 5 with young children and changes of circumstances, the debt became overwhelming and extremely stressful. Payplan saved us! They gave us the support and advice we needed, sorted out all of our finances so now we have everything back in control and can finally live a life without the shadow of debt. Payplan have been fantastic with me right from the very 1st contact I had with them... I suffer from mental health issues and never had the confidence to tackle my debts as I felt I was fighting a losing battle. Peace of Mind

I was going through a terrible as my marriage had broken up and my ex left me in thousands of pounds of debt. I was really terrified, But Payplan came to my rescue. They helped establish a Debt Management Plan and sorted everything with my creditors and now I don’t worry about my debts and I sleep easy at night. Best decision I ever made, finance troubles of becoming the norm but asking for help is so still stigmatised. I rang payment plan and it was so easy with no judgement the advisor helped me go through all my finances and my future plans and now on the week with the worry of Debt because I know that it’s being sorted.
