I have been with Payplan for 2 years now and have had an excellent service with them. I caught covid in December from my workplace and was off work nearly 5 months with long covid. I was not on full pay and therefore was worrying about keeping up with my payments as I have never missed any. Payplan kept in touch with me and put my payments on hold until I was back working full time. They asked about my health and made me feel supported. Easy, clear and supportive advice

My experience with payplan has been nothing but positive, dealing with being in debt and getting support is extremely difficult especially with the stigma around those in debt it can be another stress trying to find support.
