I owe my life to PayPlan. As a teacher, never having any financial problems I suddenly found myself during Covid, in a situation where I could see no light, had no way out and no one to turn to. PayPlan was a quiet, calm reassuring voice of reason on the other end of the phone. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff that I contacted. They were always able to remind me that there was a solution and that they would help me to find it. This never-ending support was life saving for me- literally. I will never forget the professionalism, kindness and support of all the staff involved. I will be forever grateful. Thank you PayPlan! Reviewed on: 20th May 2024
