Payplan came to the rescue at a particularly difficult time, offering a repayment package that suited my budget and one that I've been able to honour for some years. Almost debt-free now. We've been with Payplan for quite a few years now (after leaving another similar company who were not helping us enough) and they've been great and they've taken the stress out of our finances! I was at my witts end after being made redundant with little redundancy pay. The helpful advisors at PayPlan gave faultless advice presenting me with affordable options to clear my outstanding debt. Their debt advice is unbeatable and they are at the end of the phone should you need to discuss anything regarding the debt. You could not wish for a more professional service. They are so helpful and don't make you feel stupid

Was getting in a right state ended up working like made for the money to go in fees and then over draft charges.. I was to embarrassed to say anything and found I was getting down could not see a way out so they really helped.. like at the start on the pandemic thought I could pay that amount even though no money was coming in . I was in bad debt just in a never ending cycle... Decided to go down the route of a debt management company... Decided on payplan.. They took the worry from me dealt with my creditors and I now pay an affordable sum back was a huge relief. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
