PayPlan team is fantastic and very helpful. I found myself in a very difficult financial situation due health problems and my mental health was badly affect by it in consequence. It was a downward spiral. Upon contacting PayPlan I was convinced that I found hope. And I was right. The team is amazing: empathetic, polite, helpful, humane. In every step of the process I've met people who was ready to listen to me and help moving out of the pile of debt I found myself on. Nobody wants to be in that situation. Brilliant customer service

I have been with Payplan for 9 years and can honestly say their service is second to none. I get a yearly review to make sure my re-payments are still affordable for me. I never get hassled by debtors - On the few occasions in the early days when I was called by debtors as soon as I said I was with Payplan they said they would contact them directly. Whenever I have any queries I contact them via the App and they are dealt with within 24 hours, but usually the same day. Can’t fault them in any way. If anyone I knew needed a debt management plan I would recommend Payplan without a seconds hesitation. Reviewed on: 8th August 2021

Payplan have been there to help and understand the difficulties over the past few years. From losing my job years pre pandemic to getting back on my feet again. Helpful advice.
