I have been paying off my debts for the past ten years and I don't think I would be at the last stage of repayments without the excellent support and advice of PayPlan. Payplan helped me to get my finances in order after my awful husband got me into terrible debt. The people I deal with are always really helpful, knowledgeable and professional. However, they are always also patient and treat me with respect which is very appreciated. Finally, Payplan offer the service for free to me which ensures they're not adding to my misery. Excellent service. Once the plan was in place I could relax instead of continually worrying about how I was going to pay my bills. The stress just melted away, no more red letters coming through the door. Peace of mind knowing I had an agreement in place, my payment was affordable and the yearly review has always been realistic whether the payment has gone up or down.
