Without the staff at Payplan I would not like to think what my current situation would be you could actually say that they saved my life as I became unwell and unable to face my debtors open mail or answer the phone. Once I found Payplan they took all this worry and real concerns away and allowed me to continue in life without them I do not know how I would have managed going forward and I would say that tis would be the case for many others who never saw themselves falling into debt I owe them a deep debt of gratitude Thanks to all who helped Reviewed on: 8th August 2021

PayPlan for us.

We have recently paid our last payment and awaiting for our completion certificate. During the period we have had an IVA with PayPlan they have been understanding, fair, caring, not to mention clear with providing information, staying in contact with us. A few times we we have had to contact them asking to delay our payment for a month or two, they have always helped us with this, which meant our IVA went on a a few months more than the original end date. They understand their clients and always get back to us if we have a query in a really good time. Thank you PayPlan, we can now get on with our lives debt free and do what we want to do without restrictions or debt looming over our head. Thank you again! Reviewed on: 8th August 2021

What more could you ask for....?

My finances were in a dreadful state and my nerves in tatters... a flood of nasty looking envelopes arrived from creditors pretty much on a daily basis... I couldn't go on much longer the way things were... I came across PayPlan on Google... read their spiel... it sounded too good to be true; but it wasn't... my life was changed in no time at all. The floos of letters was stemmed and a gigantic weight was lifted from my shoulders, I could breath again! Bliss.... I still get uptight once a year when the time comes around to the annual review and I consider how I got into the state I was, but life is still just so much easier with PayPlan standing guard between me and my creditors. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient, caring, supportive and understanding... I really couldn't ask for more and am so very grateful for all that they do and have done!
