Good help and understanding.

I am 77 yearsof age and I am not that good with computers. On looking at a statement it showed a refund to my Bank,I did not realise that my Bank had refused it.I got in touch with Paypal and they explained what had happened, it seems that I did not have enough in my bank to pay the sum, my fault as I had not moved money accross at the right time. PayPal were very sympathetic and understood my problem and did not charge me for anything. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

I've been dealing with PayPlan since 2009, their service is outstanding. It's always been professional but friendly and PayPlan were very sympathetic, helpful and understanding to my difficult personal situation over the past 3 years and helped me incredibly. Payplan turned my life around

I was struggling to pay the minimum amount on my cards and the interest was spiralling out of control. Trying to survive on the breadline I started suffering badly from stress. In desperation I called Payplan who arranged a debt management plan liaising with my creditors. I felt like i had got my life back and was able to see a future without financial worries.
