Payplan were a lifesaver

After getting myself deep into debt, and struggling to find a way out, Payplan took on the management of my finances and relieved the worry and stress I was under at the time. They provide an invaluable service, and I can't praise them highly enough. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Always there!

Always there to listen, support and advise. Never made to feel under pressure and allow you to make sensible repayments without leaving you unable to manage. I have used Payplan for many years and with an annual review have been able to stay on top of my debt by paying a monthly amount direct debit. Would highly recommend as a debt solution and intermediate. Payplan never bother you with a bombardment of calls, email s or letters but you are safe in the knowledge that they are there if you need them. A big 'Thank you' from me, you deserve this award. Pay Plan have been hugly helpful for me over the years, I couldent have done without them with regards to facing and fighting possable bankruptcy with we have managed to avoid and I'm now almost out of debt which is fantastic. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

" In Time of Need"

At my age (74 when first contacted Pay Plan), it was scary and worrisome even seeking help to enable me to deal with the debt management. An introduction to Pay Plan was a helping hand. Its enabling approach became a helping hand to pay a regular sum to creditors without any complications and giving me a peace of mind. Pay Plan appear to have a structured way of dealing with clients saving face and humiliation which most of us go through during the process. I would recommend them without hesitation. Stress Removal

After having spoken to an advisor at Payplan the weight was lifted from my shoulders, I began to believe there was a resolution to my problems, I managed to sleep well for the first time in many months. Peace of mind.
