Unbelievably helpful

Before I first spoke to PayPlan I honestly thought I was completely out of luck and would have to be in debt for the rest if my life. After speaking to PayPlan I now know this is no longer the case, from the first phone call, they have been nothing but helpful. We made a plan that would suit me and not leave me out of pocket every month and although I still have a little debt I can now see the finishing line and know this won't be forever. PayPlan Changed my life!

I have used PayPlan twice now. The staff are so helpful, really made me feel comfortable and supported me through such a difficult time financially. They have created a lifeline for me in terms of my finances which has changed my life and mental state. I can now sleep at night, my stress is much lower and I have a manageable focus I've recommended PayPlan so many times to others in my position. Amazing

Life changing

Payplan helped us when we were at our lowest point , we knew we needed help with our debts and we’re going to join a company that took a few for offering the same service as payplan , but the speed and friendly staff of sorting everything out helped us sleep again at night ! They contacted all our creditors after helping us with income /expenditure and the online facilities of sending photos of documents is really helpful and quick. Individual case worker is there to help with any queries , we’re happy to say thanks to payplan we are paying off our debts albeit slowly but also living , and even through covid and this tough economic crisis we are proud to say we’ve always continued our payments to payplan, Reviewed on: 17th June 2023
