Helpful, Easy and Supportive

I have several health problems and due to this I had a massive change in my working and income. Realising that I was going to have money difficulties I contacted payplan. They were fantastic, talked me through options, reassured me that I was doing the right thing and now I am in control of my debt by using payplan. Before I made that first contact to payplan I was suffering severely with anxiety and panic attacks. I was out of work. I had a few small debts which were getting bigger as I couldn’t afford to pay them without my work wage. The first person I spoke to from payplan was extremely helpful, informative and made it very easy to talk to. The set up was quicker than expected and I no longer have to make contact with any of the lenders I owe money to (a massive weight off my shoulders). If I have any questions I can text or call pretty much any time I want and I’ve never been waiting long for them to answer to help me with my worries. I would fully advise anyone who is struggling to financially repay debt to contact payplan and do not leave it any longer! Saved Us

Payplan literally saved me and my Husband. We had several loans and credit cards etc which we were sinking with making the minimum payments with. A few other debt management companies were very poor in helping us but when we contacted payplan they couldn’t have been any nicer and made a manageable plan for us and stopped the sleepless nights.
