Battled for years with spiralling debt with no idea how to fix things, a few weeks after having a full and frank conversation with Payplan and I'm set with a fixed plan to stop the rot and get me back on track in ways I didn't realise were available. Highly recommend. The only criticism I can give is that the advisors are much more attentive and easy to talk to before your plan is set up, after you feel more like a number, but in reality you rarely need to speak to them. After years of struggling with my finances, PayPlan helped me understand what i needed to do , and supported me all the way which has allowed me to finally breath and not to be constantly worried when the postman calls. The advice they give is clear and easy to understand and there customer service is second to none.
