I cried tears of joy at the end of our phone call with Payplan and actually slept well for the first time in months. Finally, someone had listened to us and helped us. We will be forever grateful for this. Every member of staff who has been in contact with us (either via email or telephone) are always so polite, empathetic and friendly.
