I need to access out of hours vets with my dog, he had a non life threatening condition so they will only pay the first... I need to access out of hours vets with my dog, he had a non life threatening condition so they will only pay the first £35...because of this my claim was denied as that plus the medication meant it fell under the £90 excess. They don't use any discretion when making their decisions either, on the day my husband had been placed on life support and in an induced coma, I was managing that, two children and a sick dog...when I was at my absolute lowest point in life they have come along and kicked me.
