Ripping off your customers

My first year’s renewal was emailed. After reviewing the documents, despite not making any claims my premium had increased by over £70. Not being given... My first year’s renewal was emailed. After reviewing the documents, despite not making any claims my premium had increased by over £70. Not being given any alternative way, I had to called to cancel. Although the agent was pleasant, I couldn’t understand what she was saying. She was however obviously reading from a script- assuming it was reasons I should stay, which of course i didn’t. I then went on a comparison site where you again were the cheapest, offering premium lower than my first year! You simply tried to rip me off at renewal. Read more Read less

    They put the pet first over monetary gain!

    Insurance seems to be getting more expensive, but perfect pet put the animal first over monetary gain! Very reasonable price!

    Helpful customer service when called

    Did exclude some charges with my claim. Renewal came in over 60 percent increase but did manage to negotiate a better price
